MAIN CABIN ARRANGEMENT
The cabin was arranged in a typical fashion, with a V-berth forward; a main saloon with opposing settees port and starboard; a galley to port; and two aft cabins tucked under the cockpit. A head compartment in the walk-through to the V-berth. As designed the interior fulfills its intended function to accommodate a small family for coastal cruising or a modest crew for racing.
INTERIOR CABINETRY & TRIM
Cabinetry and trim were constructed of hardwood and hardwood veneers. The interior woodwork in very good condition.

SAILS
- Sails: Two main sails (one is new), one genoa and two spinnakers (for racing).
- MAINSAIL: There was a mainsail sighted stowed below. As inspected in the bag, it was in good condition, the Dacron serviceable, and the stitching intact.
- HEADSAIL: There was a Vermont Sailing Partners headsail sighted stowed below. The sail was in like new condition, the Dacron crisp, and the stitching intact, as sighted in the bag. The sail was fit with a UV cover of the type for use with a roller-furling system.
- SPINNAKER: here was a nylon spinnaker stowed below in a bag labeled “Asym”. The nylon was crisp and the stitching intact. The sail wasfit with a snuffer type dousing device.

- HALYARDS: Halyards, sheets, and other running rigging were constructed of double braided yacht cordage. They were in serviceable condition where sighted with no signs of chafing or other damage noted.
